Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026.
This policy explains what information BestLifePulse (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit bestlifepulse.com, how that information is used, and the choices you have. We try to write it in plain language; if anything is unclear, contact us.
Who is responsible for your data
BestLifePulse is an independently operated online magazine. The site owner acts as the “data controller” for any personal information processed in connection with the site. To exercise any right described below, or to ask a question about this policy, write to us via the contact page.
What we collect directly
BestLifePulse does not require you to register or log in to read articles. We only collect personal information when you actively give it to us:
- Contact form / email correspondence. If you write to us, we receive the email address you send from and whatever message you choose to include. We use that information solely to reply to you.
- Newsletter (if/when active). If you submit your email address to a subscription form on the site, we use it only to send you the newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter email.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
What is collected automatically
Like virtually every modern website, our servers and our third-party providers automatically log technical information when you visit a page. This includes:
- Your IP address (used for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention)
- Browser type and version, operating system, screen size and language
- The page you requested, the page you came from (referrer), and timestamps
- Anonymous identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies (see below)
This information is used to keep the site running, prevent abuse, understand which articles readers find useful, and serve relevant advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our site uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device that allows a website to recognise your browser between visits. We use the following categories:
| Type | Purpose | Set by |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, session integrity, remembering your cookie choices | BestLifePulse |
| Analytics | Aggregate traffic measurement to understand which articles are popular | Google Analytics |
| Advertising | Showing ads, frequency capping, and (where permitted) personalised advertising | Google AdSense and its partners |
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or any other region with similar consent rules, you will see a cookie banner the first time you visit. Until you give consent, non-essential cookies are not set. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser. Our site will continue to work, although some preferences may not be remembered.
Third-party services we rely on
Google AdSense
BestLifePulse displays advertising provided by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. Where required by law, ads will be limited to non-personalised advertising until you give consent.
You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and opt out of personalised advertising at google.com/settings/ads or via aboutads.info.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. IP addresses are processed by Google in line with its own policies. We do not use Analytics data to identify individual readers. You can install the official Google Analytics opt-out add-on if you prefer to opt out across every site.
Web hosting
Our site is hosted on a commercial web hosting provider. The hosting provider processes server logs (including IP address) for the purpose of operating the service, securing it, and complying with the law.
Legal bases (for readers in the EU/UK)

- Email correspondence: kept as long as needed to handle the matter you wrote about, typically up to 24 months.

Children
BestLifePulse is a general-audience publication and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under the age applicable in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete information we no longer need to keep
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already done)

To exercise any of these rights, write to us via the contact page. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We apply standard industry safeguards (rate limiting, content security policy, hashed passwords for admin accounts) to protect the small amount of personal data we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
Our hosting and analytics providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers are made on the basis of standard contractual clauses or other lawful mechanisms.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page tells you when. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for a reasonable period.
